Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Returns must be received by our Returns Department within 21 days from the date you receive your merchandise. (See Return Process below)

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees unless:


Restocking fees are 15% of the purchase price of the item(s) if any of the above conditions are not met. Any item that has been used, stained, soiled, damaged or is otherwise not in resalable condition will not be accepted for refund.

Closeouts, custom orders and
opened rods, rings and safety mats are final sale items

RETURN PROCESS

Please alert us to your return by sending an email notification to: support@vitafutura.com , using "return" as the subject. Please provide your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

We will promptly confirm your request via email and issue an RMA Number along with an Address Label for your convenience. Please print and complete the label then attach it to your parcel. The label will require postage from your selected carrier. We email RMA information to the email address originally used to place the order. If you do not receive RMA information within 24 hours, you should check your spam folder or contact your email service provider. RMA instructions are sent from support@vitafutura.com


SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

For your security, please return using an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt.

Vita Futura does not reimburse for shipping and is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


EXCHANGES

We are happy to process your exchange request via email (preferred) or phone prior to returning your item(s).

A credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of your returned item(s) and a new order will be generated for your requested exchange item(s).
